By submitting this project for verification, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. DATA INTEGRITY & ACCURACY:

• All information, documents, and photos provided are true, accurate, and complete
• You will NOT alter, modify, or change any submitted data without prior written permission from EcoCoin
• Any material changes to the project must be reported immediately to EcoCoin
• False or misleading information may result in immediate disqualification and legal action

2. CARBON CREDIT RIGHTS ASSIGNMENT:

• By claiming ECC tokens, you grant EcoCoin the exclusive right to claim, register, and monetize carbon credits derived from your project data
• You agree that EcoCoin may aggregate your project with other similar projects for carbon registry submissions (Gold Standard, Verra VCS, CDM)
• You retain your individual ECC tokens as personal compensation
• EcoCoin retains the right to sell, trade, or retire carbon credits on international carbon markets
• This assignment is valid for the duration of the ECC payment period (5 years)

3. EXCLUSIVITY & NON-REUSE:

• You confirm this project is NOT and will NOT be registered with any other carbon credit program, registry, or platform
• You will NOT claim, sell, or trade carbon credits from this project through any other mechanism
• You will NOT submit this project to multiple carbon credit platforms simultaneously or in the future
• Double-counting or double-claiming of carbon credits is strictly prohibited and may result in legal consequences

4. ECC TOKEN PAYMENT STRUCTURE:

• Year 1: First allocation of ECC tokens upon project approval
• Years 2-5: Annual ECC payments contingent on submission of annual verification updates (photos, operational status)
• After Year 5: No additional ECC tokens will be issued for this project, regardless of project continuation
• Failure to submit annual updates may result in suspension of future ECC payments

5. MONITORING & VERIFICATION:

• You agree to cooperate with EcoCoin's monitoring and verification processes
• EcoCoin reserves the right to conduct on-site inspections or request additional documentation
• You will submit annual updates (photos, operational status) by the anniversary date of project approval
• Projects found to be non-operational or misrepresented may have ECC tokens revoked

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:

• You retain ownership of your physical project and equipment
• EcoCoin may use project data, photos, and information for marketing, reporting, and registry purposes
• You grant EcoCoin a perpetual, royalty-free license to use project documentation

7. LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION:

• You indemnify EcoCoin against any claims arising from false information or misrepresentation
• EcoCoin is not responsible for project operation, maintenance, or performance
• ECC token values may fluctuate; no guaranteed monetary value is implied

8. TERMINATION:

• EcoCoin may terminate this agreement if you breach any terms
• You may request project removal, but must forfeit all unclaimed ECC tokens
• Carbon credit rights assigned to EcoCoin remain valid even after termination
